Hi, I am Diana, this is my dog, Samantha.
I have been styling hair for over 20 years and I love it!
Being a hair designer is a fun and creative way to assist people. That I can assist people in finding happiness in having their haircut work for them, allowing them to manage their own hair with ease is the best feeling.
I have fond memories of my childhood where I grew up with my great uncle having a barbershop in the attic of his home and my aunt having a salon downstairs.
The smell of perms (wow, they were a lot stinkier back then!) and of the unique smell of the oil my uncle used on his clippers. Watching my uncle sharpen his razor on a leather strap, he made it look easy.
I would love to have my uncle be here with me today.
I have been an educator at a beauty college and at L’Oréal, teaching other stylists about their products and how to use them.
While being a L’Oréal educator, I worked with some of the best-known Master Hair Designers in the hair industry; such as Paul Mitchell, Horst & Friends, Toni & Guy to name a few.
That was fun and a very educational experience; that I am grateful for.
I found that I love teaching people how to manage their hair and what products can assist them.
It is important to me that I continue to educate myself to be knowledgeable of what the current styles and products are, so I can be sure I can offer my customer the best service that I can.
My goal will always be to hear what is important to my customer,
that your hair cut has balance and is easy for you to maintain.
It is always a joy for me to be doing hair and I look forward to hearing about how your life has been since your last appointment with me.
